Biography
I have worked for GlaxoSmithKline since 1993. I spent 7 years in Human Resources Information Systems. I was responsible for implementing one of the first enterprise wide, data-based web applications in 1997. Since 2000 I have work in the areas of Change Management and Project Management.
Prior to coming to GSK I worked as an Engineer at ITT; as Head of IT and HR for a small/med-sized regional company; as a marketing manager for a small software start-up.
I recieved my MBA in 1987.
I am married and have two boys.
Interests
Web 2.0, primarily regarding the use of social network applications to support conversations within organizations, and between organizations and stakeholders. Oh yeah, Scuba and underwater photography.
